NASA's SEWP III (Scientific and Engineering Workstation Procurement)
Program offers indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ)
government-wide acquisition contracts (GWACs) for the procurement of IT
products and related services. NASA awarded contract #NAS5-01139 to HP, one of
multiple awards made under "Class 6 - High Performance Computer
Servers." All Federal agencies and authorized contractors may use this

Orders $0 - $2,500 = no surcharge fee
Orders between $2,500 and $1,538,461 = 0.65% surcharge fee
Orders greater than $1,538,461 = capped surcharge fee of $10,000
Integration and Analyst services may not exceed 30% of the price of the associated equipment/products per order.
Contract requirements
All SEWP III Delivery Orders with the exception of Credit card order must be routed to the NASA SEWP BOWL address from the appropriate agency's procurement office and should not be sent directly to the Vendor. Vendors may only accept Delivery Orders which have been routed through the NASA SEWP BOWL. Under normal circumstances, the time between the receipt of a Delivery Order at the NASA SEWP BOWL and delivery of the order to the appropriate Vendor is less than 1 business day. Hewlett-Packard has authorized select companies to act as business influencers for HP's SEWP III Contract NAS5-01139.
HP's SEWP III contract has unique terms and conditions to which HP is held responsible. For this reason, all authorized Referral Partners must adhere to the HP Federal Rules of Engagement.
